The bigger picture…

Due to the demise of Kashmir White, River White Granite seems to becoming a preferred alternative. It is very similar in colour and markings as Kashmir White but much whiter in colour. The tiny burgundy flecks you can see are actually garnet gemstone inclusions running through the block. The grey veining gives the appearance of marble without the pitfalls of a marble worktop. Granite is stronger, durable and more practical as a worktop. However lighter colours do require more maintenance than darker colours as they are less dense.

We are fast approaching that special time of year once again! Our diary is filling up fast and granite worktops are flying off the shelves in our Rochester Factory.

Thanks to our new CNC machine we have extra power this year to cope with the demand. Our fitters are ready to go and whistle while they work making the perfect Christmas present for homeowners throughout the UK. Its not too late to treat your loved one as we do have last minute fitting slots available, but be quick as they are first come first served.

Twelve years ago i worked for a high end bespoke kitchen manufacturer as a ‘finishing foreman’ & part of my job was making the templates onsite for the granite worktops, they would then be sent away for the granite/marble to be worked, then we would collect the granite & go & fit & complete the kitchen to handover. The process from template to fit took 10-14 days.

You guys did the whole project from template to fit in 24 hours with 100% accuracy!! An incredible performance.

Your service is superb, the workmanship is spot on, no bad edges or joints & everything fits perfectly – some of the best work i’ve seen in the trade. Very very professional.

The price of stone worktops has come down & is no longer just for the well heeled with deep pockets. Your price was so good i didn’t bother getting other quotes. I guesstimated your quote to be £3400-3800 so when it came in at £2280 i was pleasantly suprised.

Tracey & I both love our Star Galaxy granite, it makes the kitchen look absolutely fabulous, i’m nearly finished on my kitchen, just the detail work & final coat of wall colour & the floor to lay, i’m also fitting LED strip lights to highlight some of the granite worktops which look stunning & make the granite sparkle like you wouldn’t believe.

I will send you some well taken pictures when it’s completely finished & before Tracey festoons it with clutter.
